how to plan for your session

It is encouraged to schedule your session for a time when you can rest and relax afterwards. Even if its just for 30 minutes to an hour. Give yourself the time to settle back into yourself and integrate your session.

Drink plenty of water before and after your session.

Wear loose fitting clothing that you don’t mind get oil on.
